Simple
Size and Layout Adjustment (flat fee)
For simple adjustments to size and dimensions only, where the core design elements remains as per standard collection. This also includes layout adjustments to leg positions
Technical
+ Technical Resolution & Shop Drawings
(fixed, sliding-scale fee)
To ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic resolution, all custom projects undergo a dedicated technical design and engineering phase.
The Technical Resolution and Shop Drawings Fee is a fixed professional service cost calculated on a sliding scale (10% to 4.5%) relative to the project value. This ensures that every bespoke commission receives rigorous engineering, material procurement, aesthetic consideration and documentation prior and during production.
