Delivery Information

Made Studio’s pieces are delivered across Australia by a reputable local or interstate freight company that we have partnered with, specialising in the delivery, assembly and placement of our furniture pieces.

Scheduling Delivery

Deliveries are arranged once pieces are complete and the remittance and full payment have been received by Made Studio.

Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number (when available) or estimated arrival window will be communicated to the site contact.

Site Access

To ensure a seamless delivery process it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm free and easy access to the intended destination.

Delivery charges cover a single delivery, at ground level, during regular weekday delivery hours. Saturday deliveries are sometimes possible from midday to late afternoon and need to be confirmed in writing during the delivery scheduling process with our team.

Prior to delivery, the buyer must supply full written details of any challenging access eg. stairs, delivery dock, lift etc. These delivery situations incur additional costs.

We reserve the right to on-charge additional costs for unusual access, not advised in writing.

In the rare case of delivery proving impossible:

We may require the buyer to accept the goods and make their own delivery arrangements.

Cancellation of a booked delivery with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a cancellation fee and possible storage fees.
